Shipping: These items are perishable and take extra care and attention when shipping. To ensure a flawless shipping experience, we ship in a foil bag, dry ice, or gel pack(s)
Upon Arrival: the cake jar should arrive at room temp, NOT COLD. The dry ice should have dissipated and the gel pack warm to the touch. Please freeze immediately upon delivery.
Cake Jars are good for 2 months frozen, each container comes with a sell-by date as well as a tamper-proof seal.
